Unfortunately we will not be breeding Mia as her right hip has mild dysplasia  and we cannot ethically breed an unsound dog . Looks like we will be starting over with a new pup.

FARBER’S HIGH POINT mia bird

Mia has done well for us. She passed her HRC Started Retriever test easily even though the weather was not great, she did great. She actually acted like she really enjoyed playing in constant rain.  She passed her CPR and APR this fall in Missouri. She loves to retrieve and has really came into her own this fall hunting pheasants. She is learning the ropes well. She has had her DNA tests and everything came back clear. You can check out her test results on the Paw Print web site.  We've had her eyes tested and they are good. We will be doing hips and elbows soon.
